Power 12

I could sound all snooty & say that I am rating the top twelve college football teams of the 2007 season after the dust has settled from all the wild weekends we had this season. Truth is, I simply took a break from blogging & didn't care to update all of you on my opinions of college football teams.

So without further ado, the 2007 Pre-Bowl Power 12...

1.)
2.) Ohio State
3.) LSU
4.) Oklahoma
5.) Southern Cal
6.) Georgia
7.) West Virginia
8.) Missouri
9.) Kansas
10.) Virginia Tech
11.) Florida
12.) Illinois

It is hard to argue with that list. Although I am thoroughly unimpressed with anything that Ohio State has done. They have the most to prove to me in the bowl season.

Yeah, I hear you. That's why I rated the Buckeyes second. I'm not impressed with LSU -- Alabama had a lead on them in the 4th quarter. We just let 'em off the hook.

At least Ohio State has a pretty good defense. If Ohio State wins the BCS Championship Game, I'll think about ranking them #1. If LSU wins, there is no National Champion in my mind.
