It wasn't just a hypothetical question for an old college buddy of mine this morning. For my old buddy Jared, it happened to him TODAY! He was performing his first Sunday Mass at Christ Church in Alexandria, VA when none other than George W. Bush and wife Laura made an appearance this morning.
And before you try to start, let me beat you to the punchline: No, he did not throw any shoes!
